Depending upon "your body type" which dictates what foods you get to eat, it can be rather restrictive.

My plan was lower carb but the proteins were all pretty expensive cuts of meat or seafood. This is not good for ordinary folk who have a grocery budget to stick to.

Plus the infomercial goes on and on about "exercise less" doing the ones for your body type - only 20 minutes three times a week. What they don't mention is they also want everyone to walk an hour a day!

If I had the time and energy to walk an hour a day, I'd lose weight even without this restrictive program!

Of course it will work for those able to stick to it. ANY diet will. My opinion, it's not a realistic eating plan for the average person.

It works but what they don't tell you is how time consuming it is to prepare all the snacks and meals ahead of time. It is perfect for someone who doesn't work, but if you work full-time, or have young children, you will never find the time to have everything prepared.
