Whilst digging through the dustry archives of the Federal Trade Commission we came accross some dirt on Mark Levine & David Richmond. It appears that the FTC alleged that they were deceeinving consumers via infomercial. Claimiing the products they were selling Fat Trapper” and “Exercise In A Bottle.” were misrepresented on the ad’s.

What was the FTC response to this ?

they slapped them on the wrist and effectivley said don’t do it again. What a lose.. looks like the FTC doesn’t do much.
